To provide a device with simple configuration which can open and close manhole lids more stably.SOLUTION: The device comprises: a roughly rectangular parallelepiped frame body 2 with wheels 21 arranged at the bottom; a main shaft 3 extending in the horizontal direction and rotatably arranged around the axis on the frame body 2; two strip-shaped hanging belts 4, of which one end is connected to the main shaft 3, and the other end is provided with a hook 41 that is lockable to the hook part 102 of the manhole lid 101; and driving means for rotating the main shaft 3. When the hook 41 is locked to the hook part 102 of the manhole lid 101 and the main shaft 3 is rotated by the driving means, the hanging belts 4 are wound up or down, and the manhole lid 101 moves up and down.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な構成で、より安定してマンホール蓋を開閉できる装置を提供する。【解決手段】略直方体状の枠体で、下部に車輪２１が配設されたフレーム体２と、水平方向に延び、軸心周りに回転自在にフレーム体２に配設された主軸３と、帯状で、一端部が主軸３に接続され、マンホール蓋１０１の引っ掛け部１０２に係止可能なフック４１が他端部に設けられた２つの吊りベルト４と、主軸３を回転させる駆動手段と、を備え、マンホール蓋１０１の引っ掛け部１０２にフック４１を係止して、駆動手段で主軸３を回転させると、吊りベルト４が巻き上げあるいは巻き下げられてマンホール蓋１０１が昇降する。【選択図】図１
