To provide a gauge plate capable of changing a shape according to arrangement of an anchor bolt and facilitating fine adjustment of the shape.SOLUTION: A gauge plate is the gauge plate for positioning an anchor bolt embedded in a foundation of a steel tower, and comprises a first blade, a second blade, and a connecting member. The first blade includes a first body part, two first movable parts slidable to the first body part, and a first fixing part for stopping the slide of the first movable part with respect to the first body part. The second blade includes a second body part, two second movable parts slidable with respect to the second body part, and a second fixing part for stopping the slide of the second movable part with respect to the second body part. The connecting member includes a shaft part penetrating the first body part and the second body part, and a rotation fixing part for stopping relative rotation of the first body part and the second body part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
