To provide a scaffold structure which can alleviate a mental and physical load of an operator on a tower, and which can enhance workability such as maintenance inspection work and the like of a facility on an on-tower structure.SOLUTION: An on-tower movable scaffold structure P is a structure which becomes a foundation of a scaffold (on-tower movable scaffold) which is detachably installed on an outer surface of a tower Tw and which can be elevated/lowered, and it is constituted by including: a base part A; on-tower elevation means B provided at the base part A; and a control part C for controlling the motion of the base part A and the on-tower elevation means B.
