DRIVING DEVICE AND WINDOW GLASS LIFTING/LOWERING DEVICE
To provide a driving device having a guide member for restricting a direction of movement of a cable, which is the guide member that improves slidability of the cable, and a window glass lifting/lowering device equipped with the driving device.SOLUTION: The driving device comprises: a drum 41; a pulley 6 rotatably supported in a position separate from the drum 41; a cable 5 hung between the drum 41 and the pulley 6; a driving part 3 for rotating the drum 41 to wind the cable 5 around the drum 41, or delivering the cable 5 wound around the drum 41; and a guide member 7 for restricting the direction of movement of the cable 5 between the drum 41 and the pulley 6. The guide member 7 includes a sliding face 71a on which the cable 5 can slide, and a recess 71b provided on the sliding face 71a, recessed in a direction intersecting with the cable 5 that slides on the sliding face 71a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
