To provide a permeation guide wall in which a flow velocity due to an elevation difference is scarcely generated in a liquid that passes a through-hole and which scarcely obstructs permeation.SOLUTION: A permeation guide wall 13 of this invention guides rain water 3a that permeates the permeation guide wall via a through-hole 2. The through-hole 2 is provided inclined upward in a vertical direction from the upstream side toward downstream side in which the rainwater 3a moves, and an inflow top part 2a of the upstream side from which the rain water 3a flows in the through-hole 2 of the permeation guide wall 13 is provided at a position in height equal to or lower than that of an inflow bottom part 2b of the downstream side to which the rain water 3a flows in the through-hole 2 of the permeation guide wall 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
