ROOF TILE HOLDING METAL FITTING AND METHOD OF INSTALLING ROOF TILE USING THE SAME
To provide a roof tile holding metal fitting that can prevent the tile holding metal fitting from moving even when a large external force is applied to the roof tile, and can eliminate the loosening of the fastener and the occurrence of head jumping.SOLUTION: In a roof tile holding metal fitting 1 in which a reinforcing plate 7 extending from a folded-back portion 6 provided in the other portion of a base plate 2 faces the base plate 2, when the reinforcing plate 7 is pushed down by a head 10 of a fastener 8 which is inserted into through holes 12 and 13 provided in the reinforcing plate 7 and the base plate 2 and fixed to the crosspiece, a continuous side portion 7b located between the folded-back portion 6 and the pushed-down portion is inclined upward toward the folded-back portion 6, and a gap is maintained between the facing surfaces of the base plate 2 and the continuous side portion 7b to cushion the load applied to the head 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】瓦に大きな外力が掛かった場合にも瓦押え用金具の移動発生を防ぐことができ、かつ、締結具の緩みや頭部飛びの発生をなくすことができる瓦押え用金具を提供する。【解決手段】土台板2の他部に設けた折り返し部6から延長状となる補強板7を土台板2と対面させた瓦押え用金具1において、前記補強板7が、この補強板7と土台板2に設けた貫通孔12と13に挿通して桟木に固定する締結具8の頭部10で押し下げられたとき、折り返し部6と押し下げ部分の間に位置する連設側部位7bが、折り返し部6に向けて上り傾斜になり、前記土台板2と連設側部位7bの対向面間に、頭部10にかかる負荷のクッション用となる隙間を保つように形成されている。【選択図】図2
