To provide an automated parking system capable of preventing an autonomous vehicle from staying for a long time in a boarding space due to a delay in arrival of a user.SOLUTION: An automated parking system, which allows an autonomous vehicle to move to a boarding space of a parking lot autonomously by instructing the autonomous vehicle parked in the parking lot in response to an exit request from a user, includes: a user position determination unit that determines whether or not a user terminal of the user is located in a preset boarding area including the boarding space or a preset vicinity of the boarding area; an exit request reception unit that receives the exit request when the user position determination unit determines that the user terminal is located in the boarding area or the vicinity of the boarding area; and a vehicle instruction unit that instructs the autonomous vehicle, which is a target of the exit request, to move to the boarding space when the exit request is received by the exit request reception unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
