To provide an alarm device of a construction vehicle which can raise a desired alarm in a timely manner while reducing burdens on operators.SOLUTION: There are a horn 11 that emits alarm sound, a flash lamp 12 that emits alarm light, a selection switch 13 that selectively energizes the horn 11, the flash lamp 12, or both the horn 11 and the flash lamp 12, a press switch 14 that activates the horn 11, the flash lamp 12, or both the horn 11 and the flash lamp 12 selected by the selection switch 13 and a timer relay 22 connected to the press switch 14. The timer relay 22 is structured such that when one of the horn 11 and the flash lamp 12 is activated by the press switch 14, the press switch 14 starts to be pressed, the other will also be activated when a preset predetermined time has elapsed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
