To provide a deep underground parking lot capable of alleviating traffic congestion in addition to solving a chronic shortage of parking lots.SOLUTION: A deep underground parking lot has: a vehicle parking floor 20 which is located underground in a great depth and allows a vehicle to enter and exit from a vehicle entrance 21 communicating with a public road; and a lifting device 30 for lifting an occupant of the vehicle parked on the vehicle parking floor 20 to the ground, wherein a ground entrance 31 of the lifting device 30 is provided in a central urban area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
