PILLAR-BEAM JOINING METHOD
To provide a pillar-beam joining method capable of effectively increasing strength of a joint between a pillar made of wood and a beam.SOLUTION: In a pillar-beam joining method in which a joining metal fitting whose plate surface attached to a pillar is perpendicular to the width direction of a beam is inserted into a groove formed in the beam and the beam is fixed to the pillar with a drift pin, a width dimension of the groove is set larger than the width of the joining metal fitting, and a spacer is attached to the plate surface of the joining metal fitting to form a gap between the joining metal fitting and the groove, and after inserting a tip of a tube into the gap to a lower part of the gap for injecting the adhesive, adhesive is injected from the tip of the tube to fill the gap with the adhesive, while pulling up the tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】木質材から成る柱と梁との接合部の強度を効果的に高めることのできる柱梁接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】柱に取付けられた板面が梁の幅方向に垂直な接合用金具を梁に形成された溝に挿入するとともに、ドリフトピンにて柱に梁を固定する柱梁接合方法において、溝の幅寸法を接合用金具の幅寸法よりも大きく設定するとともに、接合用金具の板面にスペーサを装着して接合用金具と溝との間に隙間を形成し、この隙間に、接着剤を注入するためのチューブの先端を前記隙間の下部まで挿入した後、チューブの先端から接着剤を注入しながら、チューブを引き上げて、前記隙間に接着剤を充填するようにした。【選択図】図3
