To disclose a quartz stone material spreader device according to the invention of the present application.SOLUTION: An outer shell is included and a working space is arranged in the outer shell; a T-shaped slide groove is formed on an upper inner wall of the working space; and a laterally moving member is arranged in the T-shaped slide groove. The invention of the present application uses a unidirectional bearing and thus some of the members do not move in the initial state. The stone material leveling work is thus divided into several steps by using a groove wheel. A sufficient storage space is secured when dropping the stone material by using the stone material leveling hopper, so that the stone material leveling work is guaranteed to proceed smoothly. Currently, most quartz stone material spreader devices lay the stone material directly from a container without any intermediate medium at the time of laying out the stone material. This solves the problem such as the occurrence of uneven leveling that resultingly requires secondary processing, etc., thereby enabling the quality of products to be ensured and also saving human and material resources.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本願発明は石英石材スプレッダ装置を開示した。【解決手段】外殻を含み、前記外殻の中には作動空間が設置され、前記作動空間の上側内壁にはT型スライド溝が形成され、前記T型スライド溝には横移動部品が設置され、本願発明は一方向ベアリングを使用するため、初期状態では、一部の部材が動かなく、溝車を使用することにより、石材敷き均し作業をいくつかのステップに分けて行い、石材敷き均しホッパーを使用することにより、石材を落下させる時に十分な貯蔵空間を確保し、石材敷き均し作業が順調に進むことを保証し、現在、ほとんどの石英石材スプレッダ装置は石材を敷き均すとき、石材は中間媒体なしで容器から直接敷き均され、不均一に敷き均すことを引き起こし、二次処理が必要であるなど問題を改善し、製品の品質を確保できる上に、人的資源と材料資源を節約できる。【選択図】図1
