POWER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM AND POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE
To provide a power transmission system capable of achieving low cost and high usability and transmission efficiency.SOLUTION: A power transmission device, transmitting AC power to a power reception device installed on a vehicle from the transmission device, includes: wheel stoppers 313, 314 for stopping a vehicle wheel; two electrode plates for power transmission (electrode plates 331, 332) which are arranged on the opposite side of the wheel through the wheel stopper and transmits electric power by electric field transmission; and supply means (a high frequency power supply 510) for supplying AC power to the two electrode plates for power transmission. The power reception device includes two electrode plates for power reception (electrode plates 701, 702) arranged on a bottom part forward or behind the vehicle; and output means (a rectifier circuit 710) for outputting electric power received by the two electrodes for power reception.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
