BINDER FOR INORGANIC COMPOUND SLURRY, COMPOSITION CONTAINING BINDER, AND GREEN SHEET USING COMPOSITION
To provide a binder for an inorganic compound slurry, capable of producing a green sheet and a conductive paste, the binder: having a combination of hardness, lamination, elongation suitable for a cutting step, and adhesiveness when subjected to compression bonding; and being excellent in dispersion stability for an inorganic compound.SOLUTION: A polyvinyl butylal resin can be obtained as a main polymer, and further a binder resin can be obtained which forms an interpenetrating polymer network structure to be obtained by dissolving and crosslinking a polymer having a crosslinking system independent of the polyvinyl butylal resin. By using the resin, hardness can be improved while maintaining suitability for other steps, such as elongation and adhesiveness when subjected to compression bonding.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】無機化合物の分散安定性に優れ、強度と積層、切断工程に適した伸びや圧着時の接着性を兼ね備えるグリーンシートや導電ペーストを製造することを可能とする無機化合物スラリー用バインダーを提供する。【解決手段】ポリビニルブチラル樹脂を主ポリマーとし、これとは独立した架橋系を有するポリマーを相溶、架橋させて得られる相互侵入高分子網目構造を形成するバインダー樹脂が得られる。この樹脂を用いることにより、伸びや圧着時の接着性といった他の工程との適性を保ったまま、強度を改善することが可能となった。【選択図】なし
