METHOD OF REINFORCING MINING PILLAR FOR ROOM-AND-PILLAR MINING
To provide a grout slurry having high stability, flowability and concretion rate, and adjustable gelation time in the method of reinforcing a mining pillar for room-and-pillar mining.SOLUTION: A grout slurry to be injected into a mine pillar, comprising a first liquid and a second liquid, wherein the first liquid comprises 45 to 63 wt.% of Portland cement, 25 to 46 wt.% of fly ash, and 3 to 7 wt.% of slag, 1.0 to 2.0 wt.% of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and 2.0 to 3.0 wt.% of sodium hexametaphosphate, and has a water-cement ratio of 0.7 to 1.1; and the second liquid comprises 15-25 wt.% of water glass, 5-28 wt.% fly ash, and water.EFFECT: The concrete body made of grout slurry of the present invention has high crushing strength and durability, organically bonds the supporting action of an anchor rod and the grout slurry, and has the dual action of supporting the anchor rod and reinforcing the grout slurry, improves the bedrock structure and bearing capacity of the mining column, reduces stress concentration, and improves the load bearing capacity of the mining column.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】柱房式採炭法用の鉱柱補強方法において、高い安定性、流動性及び結石率を有し、ゲル化時間の調節可能なグラウトスラリーの提供。【解決手段】鉱柱に対し、注入するグラウトスラリーが甲液と、乙液と、を含み、甲液は、ポルトランドセメント45〜63wt%、飛灰25〜46wt%と、スラグ3〜7wt%と、リン酸二水素アルミニウム1.0〜2.0wt%と、ヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウム2.0〜3.0wt%とを含み、水セメント比が0.7〜1.1であり、前記乙液は、水ガラス15〜25wt%、飛灰5〜28wt%および水を含む。【効果】本発明のグラウトスラリーによる結石体は、高い圧壊強度及び耐久性を有し、アンカーロッドとグラウトスラリーの支保作用を有機結合させ、アンカーロッド支保及びグラウトスラリー補強の二重作用を有し、鉱柱の岩盤構造及び受力状態を改善し、応力集中を低減し、鉱柱の耐荷能力を向上させる。【選択図】図1
