To provide a heavy load conveying structure capable of conveying a heavy load mainly without damaging the structure of an existing building and suitable for shortening a construction period required for installing the heavy load and reducing the construction cost.SOLUTION: A heavy load conveying structure TR is provided with a supporting material 5 for detachably connecting a temporary rail 2 and a hoisting machine 4. Since the hoisting machine is integrated with the temporary rails through the support material, once a cart 1 loaded with a heavy load is placed even slightly on the temporary rails, the force generated during the winding of a wire 3 by the hoisting machine (the pulling force between the cart and the hoisting machine) is canceled by the force that compresses the supporting material 5, so that the hoisting machine, supporting material, and temporary rails are not dragged in the direction of the heavy load by the reaction force of winding, and therefore, there is no need to drill a hole in a part of an existing building at the site where the heavy load is to be transported and anchor the hoisting machine in the hole, or to fix other components other than the hoisting machine in the same way.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】主として既設建物の構造にダメージを与えることなく重量物を搬送することができ、かつ、重量物の設置に要する工事期間の短縮と工事費用の低減を図るのに好適な重量物搬送構造を提供する。【解決手段】重量物搬送構造TRは、仮設レール2と巻上機4とを着脱自在に連結する支保材5を備える。巻上機は支保材を介して仮設レールと一体化しているので、重量物を積載した台車1が仮設レール上に少しでも乗っかった後は、巻上機でのワイヤー3の巻取り時に生じる力(台車と巻上機との間で引き合う力)は支保材5を圧縮する力となって相殺されるから、巻取りの反力によって巻上機、支保材、仮設レールが重量物の方向に引きずられることはなく、従って、重量物の搬送現場における既設建物の一部に穴を開け、その穴にアンカーを打って巻上機を固定したり、巻上機以外の部材を同様に固定したりする必要もない。【選択図】図1
