To provide an active drainage system for a culvert.SOLUTION: There is provided a culvert in which a passage is provided for passers-by and vehicles to pass through. A top-mounted power space is provided in the upper wall of the passage. A top-mounted power unit is provided in the top-mounted power space. The top-mounted power unit can control the opening and closing of the passage, and block the passage in advance to prevent vehicles and people from entering the puddle if water accumulates deeply. A well lid control space is installed symmetrically on the lower wall of the passage. A well lid device is provided on the well lid control space. Four lifting well lids that can be raised and lowered are arranged in the well lid device, whose upper ends extend into the passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
