To provide a slope protection structure and a slope protection method which can enhance slope erosion prevention effect using a curable bag.SOLUTION: A slope protection structure includes a plurality of long mortar bags 1 which extend along a contour line on a slope face N and are arranged at intervals in a direction orthogonal to the contour line, and cloth forms 3 which are composed of a base material that permeate water and does not permeate cement particles and straddle between the plurality of mortar bags 1. 【課題】硬化袋を用いた斜面の侵食防止効果を高めることができる斜面保護構造及び斜面保護方法を提供する。【解決手段】法面Ｎ上において等高線に沿うように延び、等高線と直交する方向に間隔をおいて配される複数の長尺状のモルタル袋１と、水を通過させ、セメント粒子を通過させない素材によって構成され、複数のモルタル袋１に跨る布製型枠３とを具備し、布製型枠３は、その内部に少なくともセメントが収容される。【選択図】図１
