To provide a water stopping device with which water flowing into the device can be drained to a rainwater channel even during power failure.SOLUTION: A water stopping device 1 which is buried underground or below floor and in which a water stopping plate 50 that obtains buoyancy from water flowing into the device rises to block water is equipped with a water stopping unit 40, a drainage pump 70, and a power failure guarantee part 78, the water stopping unit is equipped with an inflow tank 41 into which water flows, a water tank 43 that is buried adjacent to the inflow tank and is deeper than the inflow tank, a third drainage port 76 which can be provided in the water tank at a water level at which the water stopping plate does not rise and at a height at which drainage can be performed in the rainwater channel, and a water stopping plate that obtains buoyancy from the water collected in the water tank, the drainage pump pumps up the water drained from the inflow tank and the water tank to the rainwater channel, the power failure guarantee part stops the drainage from the third drainage port at the time of power transmission and allows drainage from the third drainage port during power failure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】、停電時においても装置内に流入する水を雨水路に排水することができる止水装置を提供する。【解決手段】地面又は床面に埋設され、装置内に流入する水によって浮力を得る止水板50が上昇して水を堰き止める止水装置1であって、前記止水装置は止水ユニット40と排水ポンプ70と停電保証部78とを備え、前記止水ユニットは、水が流入する流入槽41と、前記流入槽に隣接して埋設され前記流入槽より深く構成される貯水槽43と、前記貯水槽のうち前記止水板が上昇しない水位かつ雨水路に排水可能な高さに設けられる第3排水口76と、前記貯水槽に溜まった水によって浮力を得る止水板と、を備え、前記排水ポンプは、前記流入槽及び前記貯水槽から排水される水を前記雨水路までポンプアップし、前記停電保証部は、送電時は前記第3排水口からの排水を止め、停電時は前記第3排水口からの排水を妨げない。【選択図】図2
