To provide a revolving work machine capable of compatibly securing the arrangement position of a battery unit and balancing the gravity center of equipment provided on a swivel base.SOLUTION: The revolving work machine includes the swivel base, a work device provided on the front side of the swivel base, a battery unit, an electric motor to be driven by electric power output by the battery unit, and hydraulic pump for discharging the working oil by driving the electric motor, the battery unit being arranged on the rear part of the swivel base, the electric motor and the hydraulic pump being arranged on the lateral side of the battery unit side by side in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24
