To provide a parking facility and a control method of a parking facility capable of shortening a waiting time for unloading without lowering parking efficiency.SOLUTION: A parking facility 1 comprises a loading guide device 3 guiding a unit number of a mechanical parking device 2 to be loaded when loading. The loading guide device 3 comprises: a storage portion 31 storing unloading history; a vehicle determination portion 32 determining a vehicle 4 to be loaded when the vehicle is loaded; a calculation portion 33 calculating an estimation time of next unloading of the vehicle 4 to be loaded from the unloading history; a processing portion 34 determining the unit number of the mechanical parking device 2 so that the estimation time of unloading of the vehicle 4 to be loaded is not overlapped with an estimation time of unloading of an already loaded vehicle; and an instruction portion 35 instructing the determined unit number of the mechanical parking device 2 to the vehicle 4 to be loaded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
