To provide a joint member, a joint structure, a joint method and a press-in device for efficiently joining a plurality of members.SOLUTION: A drift pin 10 as a joint member is formed in a solid rod shape where a first connection part 18 is opened on a tip surface 17. The drift pin 10 joins wood 11, 13 and 12 by performing a connection step of connecting the first connection part 18 and a second connection part 23 using a guide material 21 having the second connection part 23 capable of being connected to the first connection part 18 on its tip in a state of being abutted on the drift pin 10, an insertion step of inserting the guide material 21 to through holes 11a, 13a and 12a formed on the wood 11, 13 and 12, and a press-in step of expanding an interval between a flange part 24 of the guide material 21 and the second wood 12 with a jack 25 after the connection step and the insertion step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複数の部材を効率的に接合するための接合部材、接合構造、接合方法、および、圧入装置を提供する。【解決手段】接合部材であるドリフトピン10は、先端面17に第1連結部18が開口する中実棒状に形成されている。ドリフトピン10は、ドリフトピン10に突き合わせた状態で第1連結部18に連結可能な第2連結部23を先端部に有する誘導材21を用いて、第1連結部18と第2連結部23とを連結する連結工程と、木材11,13,12に形成された貫通孔11a,13a,12aに誘導材21を挿通する挿通工程と、連結工程および挿通工程のあとに誘導材21のフランジ部24と第2木材12との間隔をジャッキ25で拡げる圧入工程と、が行われることにより木材11,13,12を接合する。【選択図】図1
