To provide a detachable explosion-proof panel which is excellent in explosion-proof performance, is excellent in weight and cost, and is excellent in readiness, applicability, repairability and the like.SOLUTION: A detachable explosion-proof panel 1 protects an object B from close explosion and is detachable, and honeycomb panels 3 with mounting members 2 to the object B are used as basic units 4. The basic units 4 are selected in a required range in required number for the object B as needed, and are detachably mounted by the mounting members 2. In attack accompanied with close explosion, it adds explosion-proof performance to the object B, and is additionally mounted thereto so as to protect the object B from an air blast pressure and scattering fragments. The honeycomb panels 3 are obtained by joining skin plates 6 onto both of opening end faces of honeycomb cores 5. The object B can be protected on the basis of explosion-proof performance of the honeycomb panels 3, and the explosion-proof performance is exhibited on the basis of rigidity and compressive strength of the honeycomb cores 5, and impact absorption by buckling deformation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】第1に、耐爆性能に優れ、第2に、重量面やコスト面に優れ、第3に、そして即応性,適用性,修理性等にも優れた、着脱式耐爆パネルを提案する。【解決手段】この着脱式耐爆パネル1は、近接爆発から対象物Bを防護し、着脱式よりなり、対象物Bへの取付材2付きのハニカムパネル3を、基本ユニット4とする。そして基本ユニット4が、対象物Bについて、必要に応じ必要範囲に必要数だけ選択されて、取付材2により着脱可能に取付けられる。もって、近接爆発を伴う攻撃に際し、対象物Bについて、耐爆性能を付加して爆風圧や飛散破片から防護すべく、追加的に張り付け装備される。ハニカムパネル3は、ハニカムコア5の両開口端面に、スキン板6が接合さてなる。そして、ハニカムパネル3の耐爆性能に基づき、対象物Bを防護可能であり、耐爆性能は、ハニカムコア5の剛性,圧縮強度や、座屈変形による衝撃吸収に基づき、発揮される。【選択図】図2
