To provide an intelligent partition guardrail capable of automatically preventing passersby from crossing.SOLUTION: An intelligent partition guardrail includes a base. A swing device is installed in the upper end face of the base. The swing device includes a swing bar space that is symmetrically installed on the upper end face of the base and opened upward. A swing bar is installed in the swing bar space. A position limiting groove is formed in the swing bar so as to communicate in the longitudinal direction. The present invention can effectively alleviate the congestion of a flow of people or a flow of vehicles, and automatically activates when a passerby tries to cross a guardrail, thus preventing, with a non-lethal form of activation, passersby from using climbing on a guardrail to aid them in crossing. Furthermore, passersby are prevented from crossing the guardrail and causing traffic congestion problems or traffic safety accidents. This enhances the safety of traffic routes and automatically shuts down when no one is trying to cross the guardrail, thereby saving money and being environmentally friendly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
