RAPID POWDER HARDENER
To provide a rapid powder hardener exhibiting rapid hardening capability equal to or better than that of a rapid cement hardener that contains sodium aluminate and calcium aluminate as a main component.SOLUTION: The rapid powder hardener contains a calcium aluminate compound and does not contain sodium aluminate, with the content of SiO2 in the calcium aluminate compound being not more than 7 mass%, and the ratio of the absorption peak intensity IAlO4 resulting from the stretching vibration of an AlO4 group relative to the absorption peak intensity IAlO6 resulting from the stretching vibration of an AlO6 group, i.e., (IAlO6/IAlO4), being from 0.53 to 0.75 according to FT-IR of the calcium aluminate compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】アルミン酸ナトリウム含有しカルシウムアルミネートを主成分としたセメント急結剤と同等以上の良好な急結性状を示す粉体急結剤を提供する。【解決手段】カルシウムアルミネート化合物を含有し、アルミン酸ナトリウムを含有しない粉体急結剤であって、前記カルシウムアルミネート化合物におけるＳｉＯ２含有量が７質量％以下であり、前記カルシウムアルミネート化合物のＦＴ−ＩＲによるＡｌＯ４基伸縮振動に基づく吸収ピークの強度ＩＡｌＯ４とＡｌＯ６基伸縮振動に基づく吸収ピークの強度ＩＡｌＯ６との比（ＩＡｌＯ６／ＩＡｌＯ４）が０．５３〜０．７５である粉体急結剤である。【選択図】なし
