GLASS PRESSING MEMBER AND GLASS ATTACHING METHOD
To provide a glass pressing member that does not sag when the glass pressing member is fitted to a glass attachment groove of a glass attachment frame and can be easily fitted to the glass attachment groove for a short period of time by driving or pressing the glass pressing member into the glass attachment groove.SOLUTION: When a glass pressing member 18 is fitted between a glass 9 and a glass attachment groove 4, resilience of a spring 16 enables the glass pressing member 18 to be easily fitted into glass attachment grooves 5 to 8 of the glass attachment frame 4 so that the glass 9 is pressed and pinched and prevents the glass pressing member 18 from falling out of the glass attachment grooves 5 to 8. The glass pressing member 18 is formed of a deformation-resistant rod like member made of a rigid resin, and the rod like glass pressing member 18 is separately and independently formed with a unit length L1 corresponding to respective lengths of an upper frame 2, a lower frame 3, and left and right vertical frames 1 that constitute the glass attachment frame 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 ガラス押え部材をガラス取付枠のガラス取付溝に嵌合する際に垂れ曲がりがなく、ガラス押え部材のガラス取付溝への打ち込み又ー圧入作業によって容易に且つ短時間に嵌合することができるガラス押え部材を提案する。【解決手段】ガラス押え部材18をガラス9とガラス取付枠4との間に嵌合する際に、発条部16の弾性によってガラス押え部材18をカラス取付枠4のガラス取付溝5〜8に容易に嵌合してガラス9を押圧挟持することができると共に、ガラス押え部材18のガラス取付溝5〜8からの脱落を防止する。ガラス押え部材18は、硬質樹脂からなる屈曲変形が困難な棒状部材からなり、且つ、該棒状のガラス押え部材18は、ガラス取付枠4を形成する上枠2、下枠3及び左右の縦枠1の各長さに相当する単位長さL1に別個独立して形成されてなる。【選択図】図1
