BUCKET TOOTH STRUCTURE AND BUCKET THEREOF
To provide a bucket tooth structure allowing an adjustment range of a total attachment width corresponding to a size of an arrangement pitch by moving a right end tooth member, a left end tooth member, and an intermediate tooth member in a horizontal direction in accordance with the arrangement pitch between adapters, and preventing anchoring adhesion of a processed object such as the ground or a paving layer to a front surface side of a tooth plate part of each tooth member.SOLUTION: Each of clamping projection parts S of an intermediate tooth member C and a right end tooth member R are formed to project from a left end edge part TL of each of tooth plate parts Ta of the intermediate tooth member and the right end tooth member, and a lower anti-loosening recessed part 6 capable of abutting a lower edge part SW of the clamping projection part of the right end tooth member or the intermediate tooth member is formed to be recessed in a right rear surface lower part of the tooth plate of the intermediate tooth member, and a lower anti-loosening recessed part capable of abutting a lower edge part of the clamping projection part of the intermediate tooth member is formed to be recessed in the left end tooth member L, and an upper anti-loosening recessed part 7 capable of abutting an upper edge part SU of the clamping projection part of the intermediate tooth member is formed to be recessed in the left end tooth member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】アダプタ間の配置ピッチに応じて右端ツース部材、左端ツース部材及び中間ツース部材を左右方向に移動して配置ピッチの大小に応じて全体の取付幅の調節範囲を拡大することができ、上記各ツース部材の歯板部の表面側への地盤や舗装層等の被処理物の係留付着を防ぐことができる。【解決手段】中間ツース部材C及び右端ツース部材Rの各挟持凸部Sは中間ツース部材及び右端ツース部材の各歯板部Taの左端辺部TLよりそれぞれ突出形成され、中間ツース部材の歯板部の右側裏面下部に右端ツース部材又は中間ツース部材の挟持凸部の下辺部SWに当接可能な下側抜止凹部6が陥没形成され、左端ツース部材Lに中間ツース部材の挟持凸部の下辺部に当接可能な下側抜止凹部が陥没形成され、上記左端ツース部材に中間ツース部材の挟持凸部の上辺部SUに当接可能な上側抜止凹部7が陥没形成されている。【選択図】図8
