BEAM REINFORCEMENT AND REINFORCEMENT ARRANGEMENT METHOD
To provide a beam reinforcement having high intensity and excellent workability, and a reinforcement arrangement method.SOLUTION: A beam reinforcement 100 is composed of: a lower unit 50 in which first stirrups 10 having a bottom reinforcement part 11 and rising reinforcement parts 12 rising upward from right and left ends of the bottom reinforcement part 11 are arranged with a predetermined pitch s, and the first stirrups 10 are connected to upper end main reinforcements 30 by total strength welding inside upper ends of the corresponding right and left rising reinforcement parts 12; and an upper unit 60 in which second stirrups 20 having a top end reinforcement part 21 and hanging reinforcement parts 22 hanging downward from right and left ends of the top end reinforcement 21 are arranged with the predetermined pitch s, and the second stirrups 20 are connected to lateral reinforcements 40 by welding at a predetermined position outside the corresponding right and left hanging reinforcement parts 22, and which has no hook at end parts of the hanging reinforcement 22. The rising reinforcement parts 12 of the corresponding first stirrups 10 lap with the hanging reinforcement parts 22 of the second stirrups 20, and the lateral reinforcements 40 are arranged at the central position of the beam height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】高強度で施工性に優れた梁筋とその配筋方法を提供すること。【解決手段】底筋部11と底筋部11の左右端から上方に立ち上がる立ち上がり筋部12とを有する第一のあばら筋10が所定のピッチsで配設され、各第一のあばら筋10同士が、対応する左右の立ち上がり筋部12の上端内側に全強度溶接にて上端主筋30に接続されてなる下方ユニット50と、天端筋部21と天端筋部21の左右端から下方に垂れる垂れ筋部22とを有する第二のあばら筋20が所定のピッチsで配設され、各第二のあばら筋20同士が、対応する左右の垂れ筋部22の外側の所定位置にて横筋40に溶接にて接続され、垂れ筋部22の端部にフックを有していない上方ユニット60とから構成され、対応する第一のあばら筋10の立ち上がり筋部12と第二のあばら筋20の垂れ筋部22とがラップし、横筋40が梁の高さの中央位置に配設されて梁筋100が構成されている。【選択図】図3
