REMOVAL METHOD OF ASBESTOS-CONTAINING COATING FILM AND REMOVAL DEVICE THEREOF
To provide a removal method of an asbestos-containing coating film for completely removing an asbestos-containing coating film coated on a concrete wall face in a short time, and an asbestos-containing coating film removal device.SOLUTION: In a removal method of an asbestos-containing coating film, an asbestos-containing coating film 12 coated on a concrete wall face 10 is peeled by using a grinding wheel of a disc grinder and the coating film 12 of the concrete wall face 10 is washed and removed by injecting high pressure water 14. The asbestos-containing coating film 12 coated on the concrete wall face 10 is peeled by using the grinding wheel. This method can shorten the removing work time of the coating film 12, and can secure safety of a worker by preventing exposure of asbestos. Injection of high pressure water 14 washes and removes the coating film 12 intruding into recessed parts of the concrete wall face 10; therefore, grinding of concrete 10a is not needed to remove the coating film 12 intruding into the recessed parts of the concrete wall face 10, leaving no residual coating film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 コンクリート壁面に塗布されたアスベスト含有塗膜を短時間で取り残しなく除去するアスベスト含有塗膜除去方法及びアスベスト含有塗膜除去装置を提供する。【解決手段】 アスベスト含有塗膜除去方法は、コンクリート壁面１０に塗布されたアスベスト含有塗膜１２をディスクグラインダーの研削砥石を用いて剥離するとともに、高圧水１４を噴射してコンクリート壁面１０の塗膜１２を洗浄除去するものである。コンクリート壁面１０に塗布されたアスベスト含有塗膜１２を研削砥石を用いて剥離する。これにより、塗膜１２の除去作業時間を短縮でき、アスベストの曝露を防止し作業員の安全性を確保することができる。また、高圧水１４を噴射してコンクリート壁面１０の凹部分に入り込んでいる塗膜１２を洗浄除去することから、コンクリート壁面１０の凹部分に入り込んでいる塗膜１２を除去するまでコンクリート１０ａを削る必要がなく、塗膜の取り残しもない。【選択図】 図１
