To provide a weed germination prevention structure being easy to be fixed to a boundary between a road pavement surface and other structures and having excellent weather resistance, an installation method for the same, and a weed germination prevention sheet.SOLUTION: A weed germination prevention structure (10A) is installed in a retention part (A) at a boundary between a paved surface (1) of a road and a curb (2) being an example of other structures, in which the retention part comprising grooves, depressions, steps, gaps, or joints through which dust can be collected. The weed germination prevention structure (10A) includes: a primer layer (4) formed on the surface of an asphalt surface, concrete surface, or mortar surface constituting the retention part and its surroundings; a substrate treatment material (5) made of curable silicone that is in contact with the primer layer and fills at least a part of the retention part; and a sheet (6) comprising a curable silicone covering at least a part of the substrate treatment material and the primer layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】道路の舗装面とその他の構造物との境界に固着させることが容易であり、耐候性に優れた雑草発芽防止構造及びその設置方法、並びに雑草発芽防止シートを提供する。【解決手段】道路の舗装面（１）と、その他の構造物の一例である縁石（２）との境界にある滞留部（Ａ）に設置された、雑草発芽防止構造（１０Ａ）であって、前記滞留部は、土埃が溜まり得る溝、窪み、段差、隙間又は目地からなり、前記滞留部及びその周囲を構成するアスファルト面、コンクリート面又はモルタル面の表面に形成されたプライマー層（４）と、前記プライマー層に接し、前記滞留部の少なくとも一部を充填する硬化型シリコーンからなる下地処理材（５）と、前記下地処理材及び前記プライマー層の少なくとも一部を覆う硬化型シリコーンからなるシート（６）と、を備えることを特徴とする雑草発芽防止構造（１０Ａ）。【選択図】図１
