OVERHANGING PANEL UNIT CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND OVERHANGING PANEL STRUCTURE
To provide an overhanging panel unit construction method which has excellent workability, and to provide an overhanging panel structure constructed by the construction method.SOLUTION: An overhanging panel unit construction method includes: a bracket construction step of constructing a plurality of brackets 30 with respect to a structure skeleton 10; a temporary fixing step of temporarily fixing an overhanging panel unit 40 in which a cutout 42 is provided at a position corresponding to the plurality of brackets 30 at a building side support beam 41A to the bracket 30, while inserting the bracket 30 into the cutout 42 at a position being setback on the outdoor side from the structure skeleton 10; an outside wall panel building step of building an outside wall panel 20B; a waterproof hardware mounting step of mounting waterproof hardware 50 so as to close a gap G between the bracket 30 and the outside wall panel 20; and a final fixing step of sliding the overhanging panel unit 40 to the building side along the bracket 30, and finally fixing the overhanging panel unit 40 to the bracket 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】施工性に優れた張り出しパネルユニット施工方法と、この施工方法により施工される張り出しパネル構造を提供すること。【解決手段】張り出しパネルユニット施工方法は、構造躯体１０に対して複数の腕木３０を施工する腕木施工工程、建物側支持梁４１Ａにおいて複数の腕木３０に対応する位置に切り欠き４２が設けられている張り出しパネルユニット４０を、構造躯体１０から屋外側にセットバックさせた位置において、切り欠き４２に腕木３０を挿通させながら腕木３０に仮固定する仮固定工程と、外壁パネル２０Ｂを建て込む外壁パネル建て込み工程と、腕木３０と外壁パネル２０の隙間Ｇを閉塞するようにして防水金物５０を取り付ける防水金物取り付け工程と、張り出しパネルユニット４０を腕木３０に沿って建物側にスライドさせ、張り出しパネルユニット４０を腕木３０に本固定する本固定工程と、を有する。【選択図】図３
