To provide a gasket which can be installed at joints between adjacent exterior wall panels with high accuracy and effectively even in a construction that the exterior wall panels are successively installed at a frame of a building while being pulled horizontally even in a small and narrow site without a space for installing a scaffold, and the exterior wall panel with the gasket.SOLUTION: In a gasket 40 having a primary waterproof material 10 and a secondary waterproof material 30 to be integrated via a coupling part 20, the primary waterproof material 10 and the second waterproof material 30 have different cross section shapes orthogonal with a longitudinal direction of the gasket 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】足場を設置するスペースがない狭小敷地において、横引きしながら外壁パネルを建物の架構に順次設置する施工においても、隣接する外壁パネルの間の目地に精度よく、効率的に設置することのできるガスケットと、ガスケット付き外壁パネルを提供すること。【解決手段】一次防水材１０と二次防水材３０が繋ぎ部２０を介して一体となっているガスケット４０であり、ガスケット４０の長手方向に直交する、一次防水材１０と二次防水材３０の断面形状が異なっている。【選択図】図６
