DECK PLATE FIXING TOOL, AND DECK PLATE FIXING DEVICE
To provide a deck plate fixing tool in which even a base plate with a small plate thickness has no risk of breaking when receiving external force, which is light in weight and has a simple configuration, and which can be manufactured at low cost.SOLUTION: A deck plate fixing tool 2 fixes, in a state where an end portion of a deck plate 1 with a reinforcement truss joined to an end member 11 is mounted on a beam 9, the deck plate 1 to a flange 90 of the beam 9. Left and right engagement portions 3a, 3b engaged with a lower face of the flange 90; a fixing portion 4 fixed to the end member 11 in a non-contact state; and a bifurcated trunk portions 5a, 5b connecting the fixing portion 4 and each engagement portion 3a, 3b are integrally formed from a series of linear steel materials. In a state where the trunk portions 5a, 5b penetrate left and right through holes 10 drilled in a base plate 15 of the deck plate 1 and the engagement portions 3a, 3b are engaged with the lower face of the flange 90, the fixing portion 4 is fixed to the end member 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】板厚の薄い基板であっても、外力を受けて破断するおそれがなく、軽量かつ構成が簡易であって安価に製作できるデッキプレート繋止具を提供する。【解決手段】デッキプレート繋止具2は、端部材11が接合された鉄筋トラス付きのデッキプレート1の端部を梁4上に載せた状態でデッキプレート1を梁4のフランジ40に繋止するためのであって、フランジ40の下面に係止される左右の係止部3a,3bと、端部材11に非接合の状態で固定される固定部4と、固定部4と各係止部3a,3bとを繋ぐ二股状の胴部5a,5bとが、ひと続きの線状の鋼材により一体に形成されてなる。胴部5a,5bがデッキプレート1の基板15に穿設された左右の貫通孔10を貫通し、係止部3a,3bがフランジ40の下面に係止された状態で固定部4が端部材10に固定される。【選択図】図4
