To provide an embedded part removing device capable of removing an embedded part, which is embedded in a concrete slab, even in a narrow space such as a toilet, and an embedded part removing method using the device.SOLUTION: In order to push up an embedded part, embedded in a concrete slab that separates an upper floor and a lower floor from the lower floor, with a jack, an embedded part removing device comprises: an embedded part receiving part that is attached to the buried part; a long and columnar shaft part connected to the embedded part receiving part; and a jack receiving part that is connected to the shaft part, and is arranged on the jack.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
