ISOLATION OPERATION DEVICE
To provide an isolation operation device capable of improving efficiency of isolation operation of a systema and a device during inspection work.SOLUTION: When bringing a valve 110 from a closed state into an open state to isolate during inspection work, an operator turns a valve handle 112 by hand to open the valve 110, attaches a wire lock key 10 including an IC tag, a wire lock mechanism, and an electromagnetic lock mechanism, to the valve 110, and transmits a work tag number "152T52-0001" of inspection work, an identification code "V01-111" of the valve 110, "open" indicating an opening operation of the valve 110, and isolation tag data indicating an installation place "XXXXX" of the valve 110, from a tablet 2 to the wire lock key 10. The isolation tag data is registered in the wire lock key 10, and the key is locked by the wire lock mechanism and the electromagnetic lock mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】点検作業時の系統や機器の隔離操作の効率化を図れる隔離操作装置を提供する。【解決手段】点検作業時に弁１１０を閉状態から開状態にして隔離する際には、作業員は、弁ハンドル１１２を手で回して弁１１０を開き、ＩＣタグ、ワイヤーロック機構および電磁ロック機構を備えたワイヤーロックキー１０を弁１１０に取り付けたのち、点検作業の作業票番号“１５２Ｔ５２−０００１”、弁１１０の識別符号“Ｖ０１−１１１”、弁１１０の開操作を示す“開”および弁１１０の設置場所“〇〇〇〇〇”を示す隔離タグデータをタブレット２からワイヤーロックキー１０に送信する。ワイヤーロックキー１０では、隔離タグデータが登録されとともに、ワイヤーロック機構および電磁ロック機構によって施錠される。【選択図】図１
