To provide an automatic retaining wall placement device for automatically placing a retaining wall model on a three-dimensional road model.SOLUTION: An automatic retaining wall placement device 100 includes: placement section specifying means for specifying a placement section for a retaining wall on a three-dimensional road model; reference line setting means for setting a reference line for placing the retaining wall for the placement section specified by the placement section specifying means; retaining wall placement means for selecting a retaining wall shape as a placement candidate and placing the retaining wall with the retaining wall shape selected as the placement candidate based on the reference line set by the reference line setting means; retaining wall height adjustment means for adjusting a retaining wall height for the retaining wall placed by the retaining wall placement means; and retaining wall model placement means for placing a retaining wall model of the retaining wall placed by the retaining wall placement means on the three-dimensional road model when the retaining wall height after adjustment by the retaining wall height adjustment means is within the range of the retaining wall height based on the retaining wall shape of the retaining wall placed by the retaining wall placement means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
