To provide a carriage for repairing sleepers and carriage set that can reduce the burden on an operator's body, accurately and efficiently crush and remove an old embedded plug with a drill machine, and cut a hole for inserting a new embedded plug.SOLUTION: A carriage for repairing sleepers comprises: a base frame 4 having two guide members 2, 2 orthogonal to rails 1, 1 in parallel and having at least four traveling wheels 3, 3, 3, 3 rolling on the upper surface of the rails 1, 1; a movable base 5 mounted so as to be movable left and right along the guide members 2, 2 of the base frame 4; supports erected on the movable base 5; and a drill machine that cuts and removes an old embedded plug attached to the supports so that it can be raised and lowered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
