To provide an earthquake-proof building capable of reducing long-period oscillations of building, and securing uninterruptible power supply, drinking water and daily life water.SOLUTION: An earthquake-proof building is equipped with a water tank on a rooftop for reducing long-period oscillations, solar panels for uninterruptible power supply on a side of the building and on the water tank on the rooftop, a plurality of pipe-type water tanks for securing drinking water and daily life water, etc. on a side of the building, which are applicable to existing and newly built earthquake-proof buildings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 本発明は、ビルの長周期振動の低減化、無停電化、飲料水、生活用水等の確保を可能とする耐震ビルを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 既設、新築等の免震化ビルに適用可能な、長周期振動の低減化用屋上の水タンク、ビル側面と屋上の水タンの上の無停電化用ソーラーパネル、飲料水、生活用水等の確保のための、ビル側面の複数のパイプ型水タンク等を備えた耐震ビルを提供する。【選択図】 図１
