To provide a support device for processing information regarding a utilization of a parking space and a rental warehouse smoothly in installing and utilizing the rental warehouse in the parking space of a multistory parking space.SOLUTION: A utilization support device 1 of a multistory parking space comprises means for registering a contract parking space data file, a container data file and a client data file in its storage part and displaying and outputting information regarding the multistory parking space capable of providing a parking space as a rental warehouse on a display screen of an information processing terminal 2 of a client, means for receiving a rental request of the rental warehouse from the information processing terminal 2 of the client, means for notifying an operation information for actuating the multistory parking space in which the rental warehouse having received the rental request is installed to the information processing terminal 2 of the client and means for notifying an operation information of a wheeled container constituting the rental warehouse having received the rental request to the information processing terminal 2 of the client.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
