To provide a vertical blind and a screen hanger that suppress damage of workability at the time of attaching/detaching a shield material and, in the case of being applied to a form having a plurality of independent shield materials, are capable of preventing adjacent shield materials from separating from each other.SOLUTION: A vertical blind is provided that comprises: a runner movably provided on a hanger rail; a screen hanger attached to the runner; a shield material attached to the screen hanger. The screen hanger includes first and second attachment parts and a stopper part. The shield material is attached to the first and second attachment parts and the first and second attachment parts are configured to be openable/closable in a horizontal direction.
