SLOPED GROUND IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION MACHINE AND SLOPED GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD USING THE SAME
To provide: a sloped ground improvement construction machine capable of performing a preferable construction work, while keeping an aimed slope angle when improving ground by sloping at a prescribed angle, and capable of realizing a sloped improved body of a high quality; and a sloped ground improvement method using the same.SOLUTION: A ground improvement construction machine 1 comprises: a leader 4 inclinable at any angle; a rod 5 rotated by a rotation driving part 6 elevating along the leader 4; a rotation shaft 7 connected to a lower part of the rod 5; and an agitation blade 8, an excavation blade 9 and a tip end penetrating member 10 provided on the rotation shaft 7. The ground improvement construction machine can prepare an inclined improvement body 20 inclined with respect to the vertical direction. When the rotation shaft 7 is caused to penetrate into the ground in an attitude inclined at a prescribed angle, a tip end of the tip end penetrating member 10 is projected so as to reach a deepest layer S of the improved ground always before the agitation blade 8 and the excavation blade 9 reach there.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】所定の角度に傾斜させて地盤を改良するにあたり、狙った傾斜角度を維持しつつ良好な施工を行うことができ、高品質の斜め改良体を実現することができる、斜め地盤改良施工機および同施工機を用いた斜め地盤改良工法を提供する。【解決手段】任意の角度に傾斜可能なリーダー4と、前記リーダー4に沿って昇降する回転駆動部6で回転させるロッド5と、前記ロッド5の下部に連結された回転軸7と、前記回転軸7に設けられた撹拌翼8と掘削翼9と先端貫入部材10とを備え、鉛直方向に対して傾斜した斜め改良体20を造成することが可能な地盤改良施工機1であって、前記回転軸7を所定の角度に傾斜させた姿勢で地盤に貫入させるにあたり、前記先端貫入部材10の先端が、前記撹拌翼8および前記掘削翼9よりも常に先行して改良地盤の最深層Sに到達するように突き出した構成である。【選択図】図1
