To provide a building which is absolutely strong against an earthquake and a fire incidental to the earthquake, to meet a requirement for a building and a group of buildings having almost 100% safety structure against earthquakes including unexpected ones.SOLUTION: Earth and sand are scraped from a foot of a mountain or hill, and the earth and the sand are placed on a side of the mountain or hill, to form a high ground, a low ground and a perpendicular wall, and a building is built along the wall and fixed directly or indirectly to the high ground side via wires 1 so as not to fall down, and a water reservoir 17 is prepared on the high ground so that it can be immediately used, in a case of fire, for extinguishing the fire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】想定外の大地震が来ても、ほぼ１００％の安全構造のビル及びビル群が求められており、地震と地震に付帯して発生する火災に対し、絶対的な強い建物を提供する。【解決手段】山や丘などの裾野部の土砂を削り取り、その土砂を山や丘側に盛り土をすることで、高台と低地及び直角な壁を形成し、壁に沿ってビルを建て、ワイヤー１で高台側に直接または間接的に固定することで、倒れないようにし、また高台に貯水池１７を用意し、火災時にすぐに消火に使えるようにする。【選択図】図１
