To provide a snow melting block that excels in safety and can prevent vehicles from slipping, reduce the risk of pedestrians slipping and falling, and ensure safe passage for vehicles and pedestrians even during rainfall or watering.SOLUTION: Concrete snow melting blocks 1 having water pipes 3 to which rise pipes 4 are connected at prescribed intervals are arranged in the longitudinal direction. A snow melting nozzle is embedded in the snow melting block so that a tip of the snow melting nozzle 10 attached to the rise pipe and an upper surface 1a of the snow melting block are flush with each other. The upper surface of the snow melting block is coated with a coating material containing fine particles. A non-slip layer is provided so that a part of the fine particles protrudes onto a surface of a coating film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】降雨時や散水中でも車両がスリップを起こすことを予防できるとともに、歩行者が滑って転倒する危険も減り、車両や歩行者の安全な通行を確保でき、安全性に優れた消雪用ブロックの提供する。【解決手段】所定間隔で立ち上がり管４を接続した通水管３を長手方向に配置したコンクリート製の消雪用ブロック１であって、立ち上がり管に装着される消雪ノズル１０の先端と、消雪用ブロックの上面１ａとが面一になるように消雪ノズルを消雪用ブロック内に埋設し、消雪用ブロックの上面に微細粒子を含有する塗料により塗装し、微細粒子の一部が塗膜の表面に突出するような滑り止め層を設ける。【選択図】図３
