To provide a precast concrete member and a building capable of improving the workability of bar arrangement.SOLUTION: A precast concrete member 16 is made of fiber reinforced concrete, cantilevered and supported by a wall 12 of a building 10 as a structure, and joined to the wall 12 by an anchorage bar 20 extending in a jumping direction. The building 10 has the wall 12 as a structure and a stair 14 as a protruding part constituted of the precast concrete member 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】配筋の施工性を向上させることができるプレキャストコンクリート部材、及び建物を提供する。【解決手段】プレキャストコンクリート部材１６は、繊維補強コンクリート造とされ、構造体としての建物１０の壁１２に片持ち支持されるとともに、跳出し方向へ延びる定着筋２０によって壁１２に接合されている。また、建物１０は、構造体としての壁１２と、プレキャストコンクリート部材１６によって構成された跳出し部としての階段１４と、を有している。【選択図】図２
