To provide a fixture which enables installation according to an installation position of a panel-like member, and an installation structure of the panel-like member.SOLUTION: A fixture has: a base part 200 installed on an installation part; and a support 300 mounted on the base part and having a loading part 370 loading a panel-like member. The base part has a first fastening member 290 extending in a direction separating from the installation part. The support has a hole group 312 including at least three hole parts 314 that enable mounting of the first fastening member. At least the three hole parts included in the hole group are provided at intervals in a first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
