CONTINUOUS WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a continuous wall construction method capable of suppressing bearing force reduction in a bearing ground and securing supporting force performance of a steel pipe pile.SOLUTION: A continuous wall construction method of this invention constructs a continuous wall by installing a plurality of steel pipe piles 3 so as to be adjacent to each other into a ground where an existing structure 1 constructed of concrete or stone material is installed. The continuous wall construction method comprises: an existing structure punching step of punching the existing structure 1 with a precedent cutting steel pipe 9 having a bit 7 at a tip by using a steel pipe pile pressing-in device 5 that can rotary press-in a steel pipe pile; after the existing structure punching step, a precedent cutting steel pipe pulling-up step of pulling-up the precedent cutting steel pipe 9 before reaching a bearing layer; and a following steel pipe pile installing step of attaching a following steel pipe pile 3 to the steel pipe pile pressing-in device 5 and rotary pressing-in or pressing-in the steel pipe pile 3 to a predetermined bearing layer in the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】支持地盤の耐力低下を抑制し、鋼管杭の支持力性能を確保することができる連続壁構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る連続壁構築方法は、コンクリート又は石材で構築された既存構造物1が設置された地盤に複数の鋼管杭3を隣接させて打設して連続壁を構築する連続壁構築方法であって、鋼管杭を回転圧入できる鋼管杭圧入装置5を用いて、先端にビット7を備えた先行切削用鋼管9により、既存構造物1を打ち抜く既存構造物打抜き工程と、該既存構造物打抜き工程の後、支持層まで到達する前に先行切削用鋼管9を引き上げる先行切削用鋼管引上げ工程と、後行の鋼管杭3を鋼管杭圧入装置5に取り付けて、鋼管杭3を地盤中の所定の支持層まで回転圧入または圧入する後行鋼管杭打設工程と、を備えたことを特徴とするものである。【選択図】 図1
