FLOOD DISASTER RESISTING FACILITY WITH FLOOD RESISTING WALL
To provide an economical flood disaster resisting facility with a high safety which can resist an assumption water immersion depth and water pressure while minimizing a height of a flood resisting wall itself by combining a banking and the flood resisting wall.SOLUTION: A flood resisting wall 2 is constructed so that an upper end is equal to or greater than an assumption water immersion depth in the shape of surrounding a plurality of buildings 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d, when a water disaster occurs, an isolated space is formed between the building and the flood resisting wall by blocking an opening of the flood resisting wall to prevent damage inside. A range in which the flood resisting wall surrounds is arranged so that a banking E with a height of approximately 1.5 m is established and a height of an upper end of the flood resisting wall constructed on the banking soil is equal to or greater than an assumption water immersion depth, an inclined banking part Et as a transition zone T with the height increasing gradually toward the flood resisting wall is established outside of the flood resisting wall, and a safety design of the flood resisting wall is facilitated as a height of the flood resisting wall itself can be minimized for a height of the banking and a water pressure or wave pressure applied to the flood resisting wall 2 is reduced in the water disaster.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
