To provide a vertical blind which does not block rotation of a louver.SOLUTION: A blind 10 comprises: a plurality of carriers which can move along a longitudinal direction of a head rail Bh; a first louver 1Lv and a second louver 2Lv which are suspended in rotatable and openable/closable manners from the carriers; and a third baton 3Bt for operating the opening/closing of the first louver 1Lv and the second louver 2Lv. The blind 10 further comprises an offset lever 3 which is linked to a suspension shaft 91s being arranged in a movable manner in a same direction of the carriers and extending in a vertical direction and suspends the third baton 3Bt. The third baton 3Bt can move in a front-rear direction of the head rail Bh with rotation of the louvers and the rotation of the suspension shaft 91s and the offset lever 3. The synchronous rotation of the louvers and the offset lever 3 does not block the rotation of the louvers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
