LATH COMPOSITE BODY
To provide a lath composite body that can be efficiently obtained and is provided with a sheet-like waterproof material and ribs, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: Front ribs F, a lath material L, a sheet-like waterproof material W, and rear ribs B are superposed from a front side to a rear side. The front ribs F and the rear ribs B are crossed in a state of sandwiching the sheet-like waterproof material W and the lath material L and being attached respectively to a front side of the lath material L and a rear side of the sheet-like waterproof material W. At each joining hole part WH formed where the front ribs F and rear ribs B of the sheet-like waterproof material W cross each other, the rear ribs B and the front ribs F crossing each other are welded through the joining hole parts WH in the sheet-like waterproof material W and the meshes of the lath material L. When linear materials constituting the lath material L are located between the rear ribs B and the front ribs F, the rear ribs B are welded to rear sides of the linear materials constituting the lath material L and the front ribs F are welded to front sides of the linear materials, and the sheet-like waterproof material W is held between the lath material L and the rear ribs B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 より効率的に得ることができる、シート状防水材と力骨を備えたラス複合体及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】 表力骨F、ラス材L、シート状防水材W、裏力骨Bを、表側から裏側に重ね合わせる。表力骨Fと裏力骨Bは、シート状防水材W及びラス材Lを挟んで、それぞれラス材Lの表側及びシート状防水材Wの裏側に添設された状態で交差する。シート状防水材Wの表力骨Fと裏力骨Bが交差する箇所に形成された各接合用孔部WHにおいて、交差する裏力骨Bと表力骨Fがシート状防水材Wにおける接合用孔部WH及びラス材Lの目を通じて溶接され、裏力骨Bと表力骨Fの間にラス材Lを構成する線状材が位置する場合は、裏力骨Bがラス材Lを構成する線状材の裏側に溶接され、その線状材の表側に表力骨Fが溶接されており、シート状防水材Wはラス材Lと裏力骨Bの間に保持される。【選択図】 図1
