To provide a work support server that assists workers to carry out work surely.SOLUTION: A work support server 10 includes a first support processing element 121 and a second support processing element 122, and communicates with a plurality of facility cameras 30 when an operator OP remotely controls a work machine 40 while watching a captured image displayed on an image output device 221. The first support processing element 121 extracts, as a candidate, the facility camera 30 whose imaging range includes the work machine 40, whereas the second support processing element 122 selects the facility camera 30 that can obtain an optimum imaging range in its orientation and size based on movement of the work machine 40, and causes the image output device 221 to output the captured image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
