To provide a multicopter takeoff and landing device which can securely fix leg parts of multicopters having various sizes.SOLUTION: A multicopter takeoff and landing device includes: a machine frame; a top plate supported on the machine frame and having an area on which a multicopter can land and take off; and a fixing part which is provided on the top plate and can fix a pair of leg parts of the multicopter landed on the top plate. The fixing part has: one fixing part which can fix one leg part of the multicopter; the other fixing part which can fix the other leg part of the multicopter; and an adjustment mechanism which can adjust a distance between the one fixing part and the other fixing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
